Almost every new partner can sell the solution if the customer wants it badly enough, the trick is conveying the right amount of experience to the customer when perhaps you don't have it. Our consultants - trained and qualified by Centennial Software - know the software inside out and back to front.

Pre-Sales Support

Answering the all important pre-sales questions and convincing the customer that solutions can do what they want, even when they don't understand the benefits.

Installation Planning

Small installations are very quick and easy, but large installations can take quite some planning, with different departments within the organisation having to co-operate in order to successfully install the solution.

Installations and Post-Installation Configuration

Actually carrying out the installation for the customer, while they are looking over your shoulder is not the best time to learn the solution. Our "buddy" system, ensures you get the best qualified consultant to install the solution on your behalf while your own engineers learn on the job.

Technical support services

Finally, we offer full helpdesk and technical support services on your behalf.
